Working at RSP opened my eyes to a side of the entertainment industry that not many students get to see. Not only was I able to be actively involved in the administrative aspects of the program, I was able to see how many different working pieces it takes to establish and maintain a production company.

Working as a student reporter has helped shape my fundamental writing skill set and exposed me to process of covering breaking news and developing feature stories. Practicing these skills is essential to my understanding of basic news writing and of communication itself. Student's voices are appreciated through school publications, and I am honored to have been associated with CSULB's Daily 49er.

As a public relations intern at TLF, I was able to see first hand the importance and passion behind a non-profit. The TLF team was invested in my experience and helped sharpen my pubic relations skill-set. From press releases to alumni relations and social media plans, my internship at The LAGRANT Foundation was both educational and rewarding.
